One of the hardest things about selecting our Campus Reps each year is figuring out which amazing applicants we get to delight with a “yes,” and which amazing applicants we disappoint. That decision gets even HARDER when an ENTIRE friend group of amazing people applies, and you can only take one. And even HARDER STILL when those amazing friends are also roommates!

That was Tessa and her friends’ story last spring. These gals are GEMS. Three of the four roommates applied, and only one spot was available. Ultimately, Tessa was selected for the team. And, in an incredible example of just how wonderful each of our applicants are every year, the other ladies who applied stayed in touch with us throughout their senior year, and I was so honored when this entire friend group came back to book their TCU Senior Friend Photos with us this spring! These ladies are a TON of fun, super fashionable, and an all-around JOY to be around!

Tessa, thank you for being a part of our team this year. We were so much stronger for you being a part of the fam! Much like Kathryn, you are one who doesn’t need quantity or volume of words to make an impact… you let your presence speak volumes instead. Your constant joy and gentle positivity have been such wind in my sails throughout the year. In a world with an increasingly “look at me” mindset, your willingness to shine a light on others makes you stand out in a beautiful way! I’m so excited for you to be able to return home to the Pacific Northwest after graduation… you are gonna bless a lot of people in the years to come!
